It has a fuckton of resistances, ridiculous defenses and Regenerator and Recover, why people want to use it's base 53 attack (it's Sp. Atk is even lower) offensively is fucking beyond me. It's like trying to use Special Scizor just because Technician boosts Silver Wind and Hidden Power.
Go Bold/Calm with Regenerator. You want one with perfect stats in everything but Atk, but if that's too much or too tedious, you really only need HP/Def/Sp. Def. Try to breed Haze onto it, it needs it not to be set-up bait.
