Snorlax and Smeargle stopped being OU waaaaay back in Gen V, killed by general power creep and Team Preview respectively, while the only reason Chansey/Blissey have stuck around is her absolutely disgusting Special bulk. Yes, there was M-Kangaskhan, but she has a big BST and got severely nerfed this gen so we'll see where she ends up. And yes, Porygon-Z is probably going to rise, but part of the appeal of that is that it doesn't even need to be a Normal-type anymore.
