Let's assign the Masked Royal to the name Cuckui.
So far we've established that Kukui and Cuckui are two very close friends or twins. Cuckui goes into Kukui's house and fucks Burnet while Kukui jacks off in the background to satisfy his voyeurism fetish. That explains why the mask is behind Kukui in the photo.
Also I'll add the Rockruff's were actually Siamese twins that were surgically cut apart during birth and were given to Kukui and Cuckui respectively.
