>Priority without Tapu LeleThis requires outplaying the opponent, which considering they are using two of the strongest pokemon this gen, isn't gonna be easy. Weather wars in gen 5 are a testament to this.
There's also the issue that Pheromosa has such a fast, strong U-turn, that switching in a threat is so difficult considering how slippery it is. While I disagree with many of smogon's bans, I won't disagree if they decide that Pheromosa is too strong.
