I don't know about you but I got a breeding reject Gible with Outrage and Rough Skin from a JP person, the only thing that it needs is Attack and I can use it to breed an optimal Gible myself

Last gen, my only decent ones were from Japanese.
perfect IV kyogre and perfect IV mawhile are examples. Pokerus Raichu too.
