This thing is literally impossible to chain for a regenerator HA, I don't even know where to begin. Its been 6 hours, my porygon has not traced a single HA mareanie at the melemele sea.

Is this rigged?

A friend I trust a lot (so I know it's not injected) spent 4 hours to find one.

Captured with the Lure Ball too. I've since bred a bunch and traded them off, maybe tomorrow I'll breed some more and distribute a few.
