Here's something I never got an answer to:

When a Pokeball is thrown to send out a Pokemon, where does the ball go?

Does it magically teleport back to you? Cause when people in the anime have their Pokemon return to their Pokeball, they're somehow holding the thing again.

So what's the answer?
