Kadabra evolution move glitch is strictly Kadabra. My Crabonimable learned Ice Punch and Avalanche upon levelup.

My Vikavolt learned Thunderbolt when she evolved around lvl42, but in bulbapedia/serebii is listed as a lvl1 move, any ideas?

Evolution Moves overwrite moves that would be otherwise learnt on that level. Abra evolves at Level 16 where Kadabra learns Confusion but the evolution move overwrites it.

Let's say you evolve your Charmander at level 62. Your Charizard will try to learn Wing Attack but not Inferno which is the level 62 move.

It's not even that. I think I leveled an Abra up to the next level he learns a move and he learned both it and Kinesis.

No, if you trade a Kadabra with an Everstone, it will still evolve. I think it got fixed at some point, though.

There was also the gen 1 oversight where Kadabra had a signature move that it couldn't learn.
