My little sister wants to compete in the Philadelphia VGC Regionals next weekend, Juniors Division because she's seven. However, her Pokemon are shit. I want to breed her some new Pokemon but I'm afraid they'll be just as bad. What Pokemon should I get her, and how should I go about it?
