>>30285786The problem here is that I think some Psychic type Pokemon have Own Tempo, Oblivious, and Inner Focus, which would completely make those effects redundant. And Game Freak loves their redundancies, so while a majority of Psychic type Pokemon would benefit from a buff, there will be some who will be completely unaffected and thus be stuck with a useless ability.
