Basically the ball will only check once for the capture instead of going for 3 checks like it normally would.
Funny shit is getting a critical capture when you toss your masteball.
Funny story, I actually captured my beldum in a nest ball with a critical capture after I ran out of ultra balls, it's not a great combo but it's different as fuck, I have never seen anyone send a metagross in a nest ball and that's kinda cool on its own.
