A small lizard that looks like a prince/princess, based on gender. Dragon/Fairy, named Lizreign (Lizard + Sovereign)

A knight, with higher emphasis on attack. Dragon/Steel, named Squiyvern (Esquire + Wyvern). Ideally, this fella would be somewhat viable with eviolite, to offset the fact it goes from being an attacker to a tank in its next evolution.

A fortress. I imagine it would be able to fold up to form a living castle. Outrageous Def/Sp. Def, but abysmal speed. Dragon/Steel, named Drastille (Dragon + Bastille)
The whole theme of the line is every part of the fairy tale story of a knight saving a princess from a castle guarded by a dragon. Except this line IS the princess, the dragon, the knight and the castle.
