How do I use this thing competitively?

Can anyone give me some suggestions?

I can only think of running max sp def/sp atk and a really basic set of

Giga drain/shadow ball/earth power/shore up

This seems to only work under sand weather though

I'd encourage more questions on other mons as I'm interested in other competitive sets for other new mons, regardless of if they are considered shit or not.
