Someone crossdressing is just a crossdresser, and someone who identifies as a girl is a girl. So if someone who looks girly isn't a trap, who is a male crossdressing isn't a trap, and a girl who is trans isn't a trap... the fuck is a trap?
If it's very specifically a man pretending to be a girl to trick people while fully identifying as a dude, then I have to say I don't know a single character who fits into that descriptor. The closest I can think of is Haku from Naruto and even then he says he's a man.
