Just like the normal plaza missions you do for FC there will be global ones everyone can participate in once in a while, and the first one is about to happen.

I'm guessing it'll start right when the maintenance is done, I already got the in-game notifcation. You can check for when the maintenance ends in your local time if you go to the global link site
