Spent the whole time browsing for pokemon games. I didn't know shit about them except that my brother wanted Pokémon Green because he wanted Bulbasaur. Got Blue and Red, and had enough space to only get one more ROM, but could only find Green in japanese so I ended up coming back home without it.
Back on home, my brother was happy but pouted because he couldn't get Green. However, as soon as he started Red and saw he could pick whatever he wanted despite the version his face lit and started jumping like the little kid he was.
Once his 2 hours-per-day of games ended, I told him to stay since I was going to play Pokemon Blue. It was there, I was having fun with him. Picked Squirtle because of TMNT, and that's how I started pokémon.
Almost 20 years later, I own every game and I'm stuck here while he didn't play past III Gen because surfing through Hoenn bore him out.
