Parental Bond's damage was reduced to 1/4-25% damage of first hit but second effects still occuring. Cursed Body is a very situational ability but Gengar is fast and hits strong anyways, Cursed Body has a chance to disable the attack that KOs Gengar. Thunder Wave accuracy was reduced to 90% but moves like Toxic, Will-O-Wisp, and Sleep Powder never had perfect accuracy and are used constantly, the Speed drop now is 50% instead of 75% but it still being a Speed drop.
