I'd still rather have Vivillon though. Compoundeyes Sleep Powder, Quiver Dance, Compoundeyes STAB Hurricane is sex.

Its ability is basically Water Veil + Heatproof + Huge Power for Water moves (and I mean EVERY offensive Water move gets its power doubled + STAB)
