As a quick example, Minior gives E4 Olivia's Probopass a stroke as long as it still has the shell. It will try to Twave you but Shields Down prevents status rendering it moot. Something I noticed with the AI is when they find that something doesnt work, they generally switch it up. Not so in this case as it just kept using Twave to no avail. I've had similar situations with other encounters but this one stood out the most.
