I'm currently developing a water/electric type Pokemon that's 3 balls suspended in liquid, held together by static, it's ability is 'weaponise' that activates during a blizzard or when the Pokemon is frozen, the Pokemon freezes into a cannon made of ice, it's water/electric typing becomes ice/electric, and it's defence and special attack raises sharply, but it's speed lowers. If the weather turns sunny or the Pokemon is burned, it turns back to its water form.
