I stayed in the conversation with him for at least 20 or so minutes, I thought it was probably just his theme at first and would end when his conversation ended- was THRILLED when it kept playing throughout the building even after you regained control, easily one of my favorites.
It reminds me of the Mt. Pyre (Interior) theme, it has this "mystery" vibe to it while still being pretty quick paced, something that you can just coolly bob your head to.
On a sidenote: Is that opera-esque song that plays after the final battle with Lusamine as she collapses actually on the soundtrack? Or does it not count since it's a cutscene song and not a standard looping song?
