It's much bulkier than Ursaring, and has rapid spin.

They have much different roles in the meta, despite both being slow, semi-bulky, physical attackers.

Actually a really neat spinner. He can soak up hits pretty nicely depending on what you invest evs in, has good base attack, and access to wish and u-turn. On top of that you can use him to sponge incoming toxics and wisps. He's also able to come in on toxic spikes without being poisoned. I think he's good.

90/75/75 isn't exactly frail either in lower tiers, especially for an offensive mon. Sure, with the orbs it's essentially much lower, but without them it wouldn't be that bad. Komala's 65/65/95, which is far worse on the physical side, and about the same on the special side I believe, which isn't very good but it's salvageable when invested

Komala is far from being bulky itself.
At least it isn't forced to run Burn/Toxic Orb.
