I've been using Serebii's and I'm still stuck. Checked all the day/night exclusives, either something isn't spawning or something's off with the guide, or I just missed one.

And be sure to visit every part at the same time they do, and what I mean by that is that if they visit a place at night time you must do so as well

This guy is messing with you I got all zygarde cells. I was stuck in that hell myself and used serebii list. My last one was at Paniola Ranch during the Day. Yes some of them are day or night dependent.
