I have a very dumb question but I'm just getting back into competitive pokemon and I've researched how to EV train in this generation but the only thing I'm unsure about is when the EVs are gained. I have a pokerus mon with a battle item so essentially I'll gain 32 EVs in attack when everything is said and done. But when do those points show up? Is it only when my mon levels up?
