Obviously depends on the opponent pokemon. Do you mean average base power not including type effectiveness and STAB?

It's possible someone on serebii or bulbapedia has this information in a spreadsheet so they would be able to calculate it more easily. Might be better to ask around there if you want the calculation done efficiently.

Indeed. It would be best done by writing a program, I think, but there would be a lot of manual inputting.

could just copy/paste a list of possible moves & their attack powers into excel or whatever, easy enough to average it after that

I think it would be easiest to just do it from a raw list of moves from the cart and then subtract the handful that are not allowed by Metronome.

If you wanted to include type effectiveness then you'd need to multiply base powers by numbers based on their type, so it there would be at least a small amount of programming, even in excel.

I did some simple calculations in excell, and got an average power of 40.73 and an average accuracy of 75%
