Holy shit I wanted to make a competitive set for my bro over here but he literally gets fucking nothing apart from STAB.
How do I even run him?

Holding LO/choice specs/choice scarf
Hurricane/Air slash
Revelation dance
Hidden power(???)
U-turn
The only other moves he gets is roost CM and substitute but he's bulk is subpar to try a defensive set.
