I caught an Adamant one with a Premier Ball.
Just use Alomomomomola and Heal Pulse it.

A ghost with Trick/Leppa berry is better.

Beldum can't hit you and take recoil. and the leppa berry extends the fight before struggling.

They have a catch rate of 3, which is the same as most legendaries.

This is because Beldum was originally a gift Pokemon in Gen 3. Now they're regular wild Pokemon, but Game Freak never fixed the catch rate.

Meanwhile, some dude has to see 3 Beldum in a row, on 1hp and Paralyzed, Struggle themselves to death after having chugged 20-30 Ultra Balls on each one without success.
