just got into competitive this gen so dont know much about it yet and how its doing but
109 base speed is a good speed tier
timid nature at all times
can learn freeze dry and moon blast as egg moves
snow warning hidden ability for hail setter and 100% accurate blizzard
not sure how aurora veil is doing
will probably be the poster child of hail teams this gen and will be interesting to see how it works with ice types locked behind pokebank
