>>30468659It still has roar? Geez. I've just been abusing poison jab and eq. Gyarados is fast to roar tr setters and harambe. This is why chomp had it too, a back-up. I just never swapped the move after banding it.
Av Steela is a beast. Max hp, typing, and the vest on already solid defenses keeps it in against anything except Marowak-a unchecked. So far so good. Having a quiet nature means it can rack up boosts and heal with Giga Drain and threaten tr setters.
Tapus are part of the meta now. It's a thing. Nihlego is a great anti-meta leaving a string of dead Marowak and Tapu in it's wake. It's got a diverse movepool to exploit and a decent base sp.atk/spe.
Drampa is the old man who wants you off his fucking lawn. Strong sp.atk and movepool. But needs support in a fairy/water (see:ice) strong meta. Instruct harambe/grampa is a meme.
Pelipper is getting some use but in an electric strong meta have marowak to draw the thunder. A ground user in the back row helps too.
I can't think of any other sp.atk users off the top of my head.
