it resists Wind, Fire, whatever generic type replaces the Bugs and common Normals, and immune to Electric.
SE against Electric and Fire.
Resisted by Water, Grass, and Steel. Cannot hit Wind.
Balance is something that'll be all over the place as well, we'd have to look at the entirely redone chart to determine if this ends up being OP or too weak or what.
