It would have been better and more interesting to have one of the big hero leave America for some reason and go on a journey across the world
Have them spend a couple of months in each location helping a local hero with their rogues gallery and main villian
If a character gets good reception then give them a comic
Just some odd that every hero is in America and 50% New York
That only works for me when there's some single event causing powers like CW Flash not when it's random events
