I caught two. Just go to the very last part of Poni, catch a Pelipper that has Drizzle as ability, teach it Rain Dance and give him a Damp Rock. Keep rain dancing in a SOS battle at night with Poliwag and it will eventually come out.

Literally did this, but the only result I got was two shinies, so I had to break the chain

I honestly don't know what to do with this other shiny Poliwhirl, so...yeah, if someone wants to help me evolve him into a Politoed, I would be extremely thankful. I can offer an Oshawott for a shitmon for the person that helps me in the evolution
