Most PEOPLE can't build that much muscle mass without doping up on something, but that's beside the point.There's also the marketing angle. As "progressive" as people claim to be, marketing doesn't lie: walls of muscle with tits don't sell as well as the girls that have the slightest muscle definition and wear any martial artist's uniform. Can you honestly say that muscle girls are a common enough fetish that there's a stronger marketing pool than the waifufags that will eat up any feminine girl? Almost definitely not.
