It can learn every special attack move available to it via TMs and move tutors. Adding to that, it can learn various stat-boosting moves such as iron defense and calm mind. Its physical movepool is extremely shallow, for it only learns Counter, Pound, Quick Attack, Extreme Speed, and Psycho Pinch.
Also, its signature move, Psycho Pinch, reduces all of its opponent's stats by one rank. It has a unreliable accuracy of 50%, by the way.
Welp, now I'm beginning to wonder how competitively viable this goof is. I'll post its pokedex entry if anyone wants me to do so.
