The theme behind its line is really all over the place to me since it englobes a ton of different shit, but from what I could tell, what Popplio is and becomes is essentially
>Little bit of a klutz and kind of ungraceful with the snot balloons, hard-worker, acrobatic > A bit more cuter, not really THAT pretty either, it's a middle ground, still hard-working, turns into a more graceful dancer, balloons are a bit more consistent, still juvenile > Elegant rhythmic ball room kind of dancer, can sing and make a scene with its balloons, which are now perfected, I believeWith the Fairy type schtick, it also lends to believe
>Sea Lion > Seal > Siren SealIt becomes less of a sea lion to become more elegant and pretty to go along with the legend of the sirens being pretty and alluring, ones that catch anyone's attention.
I don't like it, but that's what it is.
