>>30497792Decuideye is actually an okay spinblocker/trapper/defogger, nothing too amazing, it's just that you can't really do anything with its offensive stats (no bulk to take hits). 70 base Speed hurts it pretty badly too.
Incineroar is pretty pathetic at the moment, akin to Gen 4 Charizard. 60 base Speed and no priority worth running means it can't even use its decent bulk more than once. Throat Chop looks good on paper but is shit because you can only use it on a prediction without getting bodied. Even if it gets Intimidate later on, it won't be enough to salvage it.
Primarina is...decent, but again, 60 base Speed kills whatever chances it has in OU. Water/Fairy is a great typing that is let down by its terrible bulk, even though it's a threat with its coverage.
