Is there a way to grind them or friend someone who has the one I need?

Best bet is playing the type matchup mission a bunch to rank up and hope that you get the facility you need. You can VIP someone who has it to buy it from later.

I'm sure there's a way to inject facilities, but you could already just use pkhex to get everything.

There's been a couple of Festival Plaza threads where people added each other to buy different facilities.

How it works is that the facility in the first slot when you talk to the construction guy is what you offer to people when they ask you 'do you know of any good facilities?' This is how you get others to offer you what you want, by having them swap to that facility in their first slot. It's just a matter of finding the right people who have what you need.

I got up to rank 125 using pkhex's changing of coins earned and doing some wondertrades. That is from just injecting the rank and coins now.

I managed to create this but I don't know what it does since it crashes my game. I think it's due to having all clothes unlocked with pkhex.

Injecting shops seems simple enough. 01 through 07 gave me big dreams 2-5 and gold rush 1-3.
I'm not sure how this color palette stuff works.
