Is No Guard worth using at all? Vital Spirit is shit as well since everything that uses sleep moves shits on rock types.

At least the other doge can be useful in sand teams.

I wold rather emergency exit work similarly to schooling in that it just activates at the end of the turn.

In addition to that give him some all-out attacks like superpower and outrage to make use of it.

Basically: take a hit, do big damage, free switch to avoid consequences once per battle.
