It doesn't matter what a pokemon knows about the balls. Master Balls catch their target without fail. This makes me wonder how much pokemon really consent to being captured. If I use a Master Ball on a pokemon that hates me, why will it still follow my commands? Does the Master Ball somehow compel the captured pokemon to obey me?
