Well here's what you can do, assuming the children in your class both
A) Have the deep thinking and analytic capacity required to pick out gender bias from a video game of Pokemon's caliber.
and B) Give a crap about that gender bias at their age.
You have options: You can tell them that the world is full of unfairness, and that females have it just as bad if not worse, You can tell them that a single character in a "CHILDS support" game shouldn'tt decide their entire veiwpoint on gender-worth, or you can tell them to screw off, because it doesn't matter.
The more pressing issue I see here is that I'm not sure the parents of the children you teach want their kid being taught by a blatantly racist teacher.
