When used by regular Kyurem, this move is Special or Physical depending on Kyurem's highest stat (Random if Attack and S.attack stats are tied)
However this move changes if used by Black or White Kyurem.
If used by Black Kyurem, it is a 100 power physical Ice move with an animation similar to Fusion bolt.
If used by White Kyurem it is a 100 power special Ice move with an animation similar to Fusion Flare.
Just like Fusion Bolt and Fusion flare, the move will always crit if any of the other Fusion moves was used before it.
