i didnt acknowledge the last two points because they made no sense but ill do it anyways
why would you need roost over rest when
a) scald is doing literallt 2%
b) burn simply negates lefties
c) as you say, the point is to pp stall the toxapex, which rest literally does better
and i have seen venoshock toxapex maybe once since sun and moon have come out.
