Unless you are hitting for x4 damage, STAB Flash cannon hits with the same power was SE HP. Fluer Cannon would hit even harder. So the only relevant thing it is useful on is Lando and Gliscor.

No, bottlecaps are shit because you can't use them on anything sub-100, despite them already being rare as hell.

Why are two lockouts needed? Especially since they don't pass down with breeding.

This drives me insane. I managed to get pic related and figured it was good enough. Then I took her for a run through the Battle Tree and the -Speed nature ended up fucking me over way too many times.

Natures are going to be more significant than IVs especially for higher stats. You already get 3 IVs for free how hard is it to use synchronise and bottlecaps?
