Is there any location or NPC that gives you a free Golden Bottle Cap, just to introduce you to how good the item is?

It seems strange that GF would introduce an entirely new feature and not do the obligatory "First try is free!" service.

And yes, I know then event Magearna holds an ordinary cap, but it would be nice if someone in the game gave you just a single golden one, to celebrate getting your first pokemon to level 100. You know, something ing ame that doesn't require a limited time event.

I don't see the harm in it happening once and only once.
