Moveset is pretty much Scald or Hydro Pump/Moonblast/ Psychic/Energy Ball or Ice Beam, but since Psychic takes care of the UU Grass threats Primarina faces due to their dual Poison typing, most just go for Energy Ball over Ice Beam.

The Tapu's aren't in UU, but I've seen people on the OU Analysis Discord say that Primarina can OHKO Tapu Koko's and Tapu Bulu's that are running standard sets on the switch in with a Specs Moonblast, so they don't seem to be a problem for her either unless she tries to take them on 1v1, which is something only a retard would do anyway.
