Here's the content of the Magearna QR code. I'm hoping that Gamefreak didn't just randomly generate a string for each event. Maybe we could figure out a Marshadow QR.

But does the code work offline?

If it needs to connect to a server then it's the equivalent of a URL and won't work for other events unless they're active.
