I've seen evidence for and against it and honestly the evidence for it isn't even that convincing. Like if this were a court case and you tried to convict Kuikui of a murder that the Masked Royal committed on the basis that they're the same person the judge would probably throw your case out and laugh at you.
I'm not going to believe anything either way until gamefreak themselves confirms it
