Idk about you but some of these mega evolutions need to just straight up become Evolutions or Regional variants. Mega Manectric is Still just 495. Thats lower than Most OU pokemon.

Ultra beasts are allowed because of their SUPER high stats and SUPER low stats? But isnt that what mega manectric is? 2 high stats with the rest super low.
