I don't think Metagross benefits from 252HP as much as the 252Spe. If you're going to use 252Atk and a Life Orb why not make it an Adamant nature? Like, what would Impish really do for you here? It isn't going to save you from Earthquake.

It worked in the ORAS Battle Maison, it isn't designed for the meta it's just something to use. Pokemon who use EQ as a coverage option sometimes fall short when damaging Metagross.

Mega and Jolly, adamant if you want to use agility

Been seeing a few mega agiligross lately with Scarf Lele, Pheromosa, and Toxapex running around after Aegislash is gone, agiligross can deal with them all.
