Since the Tapu Pokemon are apparently legendary, are they not allowed in competitive battling? Would really like to make an electric themed team with dis nigga at the head if possible.

They're VGC legal and usable on showdown as well.

This guy with drizzle peli and alolan raichu works well if you want mainly electric team.
